Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Vidora, a YouTube automation service operated by Oran Ventures. By using Vidora you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Vidora automates the creation and uploading of faceless YouTube videos using AI-generated scripts, text-to-speech narration, and licensed stock footage. The service is accessed via Telegram and uses a prepaid credit system.

2. Accounts and Credits

• You must have a Telegram account to use Vidora.
• Credits are purchased via Paystack and are non-refundable once a pipeline run has started.
• New accounts receive 1 free credit. Credits do not expire.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the free credit or violate these Terms.

3. YouTube and Google

• You authorise Vidora to upload videos to your YouTube channel on your behalf using OAuth 2.0.
• You are responsible for ensuring your YouTube channel complies with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• You may revoke Vidora's access to your YouTube account at any time via your Google Account settings. Revoking access does not entitle you to a credit refund.
• Vidora is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or YouTube.

4. Content Policy

• You must not use Vidora to create content that is illegal, hateful, deceptive, or in violation of any platform's policies.
• AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published.
• Stock footage is sourced from Pexels under their license. You may not redistribute raw footage files.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Paystack. By purchasing credits you agree to Paystack's terms and authorise the charge to your payment method. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated.

6. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uptime. Scheduled maintenance, API outages (Google, Pexels, ElevenLabs), or force-majeure events may interrupt the service. Credits will not be deducted for failed pipeline runs.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vidora and Oran Ventures are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of YouTube monetisation, account suspension by Google, or content removal.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
