Privacy Policy

Vidora ("we", "our", "us") is a product of Oran Ventures. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the Vidora Telegram bot and how we use it.

1. Data We Collect

• Telegram ID and username — used to identify your account and send you notifications.
• YouTube OAuth tokens — stored securely on our server to upload videos on your behalf. Tokens are scoped to upload-only access.
• Payment references — Paystack transaction references used to confirm credit purchases. We do not store card numbers or bank details.
• Channel configuration — niche, schedule, and keywords you provide to customise your channel.
• Generated content — scripts, audio, and video files created during pipeline runs. Temporary files are deleted after upload.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate you and manage your credit balance.
• To connect to your YouTube channel and upload videos on your request.
• To process payments and confirm credit top-ups via Paystack.
• To send you status notifications via Telegram.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to operate the service:

• Google / YouTube — OAuth tokens are used with the YouTube Data API v3 under your authorisation.
• Paystack — payment processing. Subject to Paystack's own privacy policy.
• Telegram — bot interaction. Subject to Telegram's privacy policy.
• Pexels — stock footage is fetched via their API. No personal data is sent to Pexels.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as you use the service. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us. YouTube tokens are deleted from our server immediately when you disconnect a channel.

5. Security

All data is stored on a private server. OAuth tokens are stored as JSON files with restricted file permissions. Webhook endpoints are verified using HMAC signatures.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. You can revoke YouTube access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
